After logging into your account and making sure that all your details are updated and correct, click the orange Get an up-to-date comparison button. Once the comparison's run, you can scroll through to see your prices.
Here, there's an option to view feedback and more information on each supplier to help you choose. To do this just click on the box under the chosen tariff on the comparisons page, then click on the link which takes you to the Cheap Energy Forum page where other users have provided feedback on that particular supplier.
Once you've seen a tariff you like, the button to switch can be found on the right hand side of the result.
It should be a button labelled 'Switch & get cashback' (or 'Go to site' if there is no cashback available for switching to that tariff).
Click on this button, which will take you to an application form which you will need to complete. Once you've filled this out, there's a green proceed to switch button at the bottom. You should receive a confirmation email shortly afterwards which outlines the next steps.
For tariffs that say ‘go to site’ we can’t do the switch for you, so you’ll need to fill in your detail on the supplier’s website (and you won’t get cashback!)
