I've switched bank accounts, what happens with my cashback?
If you've used the Current Account Switch Service, your cashback should automatically be paid into your new account.
But if you've closed your bank account, your cashback payment will bounce. If this happens, we'll automatically send a cheque to the address you gave us in your Cheap Energy Club account.
However, if it's been over a month since we told you that your cashback was on its way and you've still not received it, let us know by emailing energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com and we'll follow it up for you.
