I haven't received my cashback - what should I do?
If you switch through Cheap Energy Club, you’ll get £25 if you switch gas and electricity, £12.50 if you switch one fuel. Cashback is paid into your bank account about three to six months after switching, but it can sometimes take longer if your supplier is slow to let us know that your switch has completed. It will appear as "MoneySavingExpertEnergyClubCashBK".
If you’ve done a dual-fuel switch (both your gas & electricity), we’ll usually pay the full £25 at once, though you may get it in two separate batches of £12.50, if we hear that one of your fuels has successfully switched before the other.
If it has been over six months since your switch and you've not got your cashback, let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll follow it up for you.
Sometimes there are deals where you can get additional bill credit or freebies on top from the supplier. You'll still get the cashback from us if we can switch you.
