If you've cancelled your switch and it's still showing as 'in progress' on your Cheap Energy Club account, it's likely the supplier hasn't let us know about the cancellation.
You can contact us directly by emailing energyclub@moneysavingexpert.com with your account details, and we'll remove the switch. You'll then be able to compare and switch again.
