I've submitted a switch, but some of my details aren't right.
If you've got a switch in progress, you won't be able to update your details in Cheap Energy Club until your application has been accepted or rejected. This makes sure you don't make multiple applications or change any details which may alter the terms of your potential new tariff.
You'll need to contact the supplier you're switching to and let it know the correct information, or contact us and we can do our best to help.
