How do I delete my Cheap Energy Club account?

To delete your account, simply log in, scroll down, click on the ‘Settings’ tab in your account, and then hit 'Close account' at the bottom of the page.

Please note: Deleting your account doesn't cancel any switches in progress. If you'd like to cancel your switch with your energy provider, you'll need to contact the provider as it won't let us cancel for you. See our list of energy provider contact details.
