My circumstances have changed since I joined Pick Me A Tariff (eg, I've moved home) – do I need to let you know?
If you chose our Pick Me A Tariff Every Year tool – where we switch you to a new deal each year when your current one ends – please let us know as soon as possible. In order to switch you, we need to know all types of information. The key ones are your current provider, your tariff, your usage, your address and your payment details – if there are any changes to any of these, just pop into your account page and update us.
